What is it?
This will be used to inform IT Services about the possibility of a malware/virus infection on a University-owned asset or service. This does not include e-mail which should be addressed via Spam/Phishing e-mail reporting.

Requirements
Please provide the University-owned asset's tag or the service you believe to be infected along with what alerted you to the possible infection.
What to expect
After vetting the request, ITS will reach out within 1 business day to follow up and begin researching the request.
