How do I add comments to my time sheet in Web Time Entry?

Overview

This instructional article is one of the steps that an hourly/student employee may take when entering their time into the correct time sheet in Web Time Entry.

Before you begin...

Navigate to the "Time and Leave Reporting" screen in Web Time Entry.

Instructions

  1. Click the Comments button will take you to the “Comments” screen.


     
  2. The Enter or Edit Comment section provides a place to add comments to your time sheet that can be viewed by your supervisor.  Enter your comments here, then click the Save button to save them. 
     
  3. You can click the Previous Menu button to return the "Time and Leave Reporting" screen.​​​​​​

Note: You will NOT see a confirmation that your comments were saved, but they are.  Return to Step 1 of these instructions and click the Comments button and you will see your saved comments.

Result

You have now saved a comment for the current time sheet for your supervisor/proxy to view.
