Overview
If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a specific service, you can add it to your favorites in the Client Portal to quickly access it in the future.
Before you begin...
Make sure you are signed in to the Client Portal.
Instructions
Favoriting an Article:
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page you would like to favourite.
- On the right side of the page, click Add to Favorites.
Accessing Favorites:
- Click the Services or Knowledge Base entry in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the navigation bar that appears on the next page, click My Favorites.
- Click the name of the article or service you want to open it.
