What is it?

Terminal 4 (T4) is MSU Denver's Web Content Management System (WCMS).  Web content editors are given training and editing access by the Web Content Management team in the Marketing, Strategy and Communications department.  

T4 accounts have a unique password that is not tied to Single Sign-On like MSU Denver email, Office 365, etc.   You may use this form to request a T4 password reset, but please note that we will need to work with you over the phone to verify identity and ensure success. Calling us at 303-352-7548 (option 4) during business hours is the most direct way to get support rather than filling out a request form here.

Requirements

 

  • Before reaching out for a T4 password reset, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or try signing into T4 in an incognito or private browsing window. 
  • If browser adjustments still prevent sign-in, then please reach out to us. If you submit the request form here, please provide a good call back number.

 

What to expect

An ITS technician will reach back out to you at the call back number provided during business hours and can reset your T4 password with you.
