TimeClock Plus Support

What is it?

TimeClock application is a time tracking software that has been adapted as an enterprise solution for tracking student employees hours. This service form is intended to request new access to TimeClock, reporting issues with TimeClock such as password reset, inquiring about specific features and needing assistance with any issues with in TimeClock.

Who can request this?

Faculty and staff can request access.

Requirements

Only Supervisor can request this service in order to create a new company for their department, modify list of their student employees and add/remove supervisor. TimeClock only works when you are connected to campus network. Computer needs to be hard wired with ethernet to campus network or connected via Global Protect. Please provide as much information as possible such as whether the request is for a new account or issue in existing account. Describe the issue with specific information.

What to expect

Supervisor can request access, assigned permission to other supervisor and add/remove student employees. Once request is submitted, you will get contact within 24 hours for additional information. Training will be provided.
