How do I access my MSU Denver email in a web browser?

Overview

This article will show you how to login to your MSU Denver email account via web browser (Outlook web mail).

Before you begin...

You must have be an active Faculty, Staff or Student to access your email. Student email accounts are deactivated and inaccessible one year after their last semester being enrolled in a course. Faculty and Staff accounts are disabled immediately following their separation from the University.

Instructions

1. Go to the Student Hub or Faculty and Staff Hub.
2. Click the 'Email' link.
3. The Office 365 login page will display. Enter your email address and click Next.
4. Enter your password when prompted, then click Sign in.
5. You may be prompted to set up additional information to keep your account secure. Please visit our How do I recover my MSU Denver Office 365 account? page for more information on configuring account recovery options.
6. If you are prompted, select a language and time zone.

Result

You will be able to login to Outlook, view, send and respond to emails.
