For MSU Denver issued Windows computers, R, R Commander and RStudio is available to all users to install via Software Center. See How do I install software on an MSU Denver Windows computer using Software Center? for instructions.
For MSU Denver issued Mac computers, R, R Commander and RStudio is NOT available for installation. If you require it, please submit a Software Request for University Devices so we can package it for you.

How do I access R, R Commander and RStudio?

Once you have installed R, R Commander and R Studio from one of the methods above, you can launch the application from your Start menu (Windows) or Launchpad (Mac), the application will connect to your license server and you will be able to use it.

If you require assistance using the application, please contact your instructor, department tutor, or supervisor for help.
