What is EvaluationKit?

EvaluationKit, supported by the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Design, is the course evaluation tool used to collect the Student Ratings of Instructions (SRI) that are ultimately used in the faculty evaluation process.

Who can use EvaluationKit?

MSU Denver students submit Student Ratings of Instruction (SRI) through EvaluationKit. MSU Denver Faculty then use EvaluationKit to pull course evaluation reports inside Digital Measures.

How do I access EvaluationKit?

Faculty can log in to Digital Measures to access the EvaluationKit at https://webapp.msudenver.edu/digitalmeasureslogin/.

Students use EvaluationKit to submit electronic SRIs during the evaluation period listed in the Course Evaluation Period Formulas chart below. Students can access the electronic SRIs in several ways:

  1. Through a link provided in an email message they will receive at the beginning of the evaluation period.

  2. By using the EvaluationKit mobile application. Instructions on how to use the mobile application can be found in the initial email communication students received.

  3. By visiting Canvas where students will be prompted to complete evaluations that are currently active.
