  Are you unable to reach your Self Service menus from the Student Hub of Faculty and Staff Hub?

Single Sign-On Failed Error

ITS recently made and upgrade and some web addresses/URLs changed.  Those have been updated on the university website (Main Menu, Register, Apply for Graduation, etc.)

 Solutions:

1. If you are accessing these links from the MSU Denver Student Hub or Fac/Staff website directly and experiencing errors,  please clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

2. If you have saved bookmarks/favorites to these links in your browser, those old bookmarks will need to be deleted and then please access these spaces from the university website directly.

Monitoring - Some employees are getting a "User Not Authenticated" error when signing into Banner 9 Admin Pages (Internet Native Banner).

We have found this is affecting some Google Chrome browser users. Please use the work-around below if you are an affected Chrome user. You may call our service desk or create a ticket to document your issue in Banner and get further support - 303-352-7548.

We will be investigating possible resolutions within Chrome and contacting affected users when we have a possible resolution. Thank you for being flexible with browser work-arounds at this time if you are an affected user.

If you are using Chrome to access Banner Admin Pages and clearing your browser cache or using an incognito browser window does not resolve this error, please use another browser (e.g. Firefox) as a work around for now.

At this time, we do recommend clearing your browser cache/cookies and rebooting your computer, however we are finding that the issue persists for Chrome users. If you are using Chrome to access Banner Admin Pages and clearing your browser cache does not resolve this error, please use another browser (e.g. Firefox) as a work around for now.

Resolved - The issue with Digital Measures file uploading has been resolved.

Please reach out to our ITS Service Desk if you continue to have issues with Digital Measures at 303-352-7548 (option 4).

Identified - Digital Measures is currently experiencing a service degradation where files uploaded to digital measures are not being copied to our local storage and available to reviewers. We are in communication with the vendor and awaiting an update on the issue.

Resolved - The updated links to Self Service Banner from the university website have all been updated and this incident is Resolved.

If you continue to experience an error reaching the Employee Services Menu or the Student Hub menus (Main Menu, Register, Holds, etc.), please follow these steps:

Monitoring - Due to a planned update, the URLs to sign into the self-service menus from the Student hub and Faculty and Staff hub have updated. These links include he buttons for the Main Menu, Registration, Employee Services Menu, etc.
