How do I add printing funds to Lab Print?

Overview

Pay Station machines allow users to add credit to their Lab Print account. All active users start each Spring and Fall semester with a $25.00 account credit. An active user is classified as any person who is enrolled in classes for the current semester. Please note that Maymester and Winterim are not considered separate semesters from the Summer and Fall semesters, respectively; account credits will persist between these shorter and regular-term semesters, and will not be renewed until the next regular-term semester (Spring, Summer, or Fall).

This article will walk you through how to add printing funds to Lab Print.

Before you begin...

• In order to use the pay station, you will need to log in with your MSU Denver netID and password.
• Your print balance must be below $5.00 dollars in order to add money to your account.
• The pay stations currently accept $1 dollar bills but the ones in Plaza and Science accept $1, $5, and $10 dollar bills.
• Please use your money wisely as the pay stations don’t give out change and we are not responsible for giving change or print credit when using a $5 or $10 dollar bill.

Instructions

Online

1. Visit print.msudenver.edu in a web browser while connected to the campus network
2. Login with your NetID and password.
3. Click Add Credit Using Credit Card.
4. Select an amount of credit to add.
5. Click Add Value.
6. You will be redirected to CASHNet where you can complete your payment with a debit or credit card.

In Person (Pay Station)

Below is an example of a pay station machine:

• Pay Station machines only accept quarters ($0.25), $1, $5, and $10 bills. No other coins or bills will be accepted.
  • No refunds will be given if any other coins or bills are inserted into the machine.

• Pay Stations are located in the following MSU Denver Computer Labs:

After you have successfully added funds it will reflect in the Balance Box located in the upper right hand corner of Lab Print.
