Overview
If third-party cookies are not enabled, users may be unable to watch and/or listen to media distributed via the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform (either via a web page containing a YuJa video or via Canvas). This document provides instructions on how to enable third-party cookies to prevent any potential issues when trying to access media.
Before you begin...
Save any open documents and close all applications before beginning as the last step will be to restart your computer.
Instructions
- Select the gear in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Internet Options.
- In the Internet Options popup window, select Privacy.
- Click on the Sites button to allow YuJa to use cookies.
- Type the YuJa site URL in the format of "https://msudenver.yuja.com/..." into the Address of Website field.
- Click on Allow.
- To complete, click on OK.
- Restart your computer.
Result
You should now be able to view YuJa videos that previously presented an error message that you needed to enable cookies to access.
