Overview
If third-party cookies are not enabled, users may be unable to watch and/or listen to media distributed via the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform (either via a web page containing a YuJa video or via Canvas). This document provides instructions on how to enable third-party cookies to prevent any potential issues when trying to access media.
Before you begin...
Save any open documents and close all applications before beginning as the last step will be to restart your computer.
Instructions
- Open the Safari browser.
- Click on the menu in the top left and choose Preferences.
- Select Privacy.
- Uncheck the box labeled Block All Cookies.
- Note: On some versions of Safari, you may also need to uncheck the box labeled Prevent cross-site tracking.
- Close the Preferences window.
- Restart your computer.
Result
You should now be able to view YuJa videos that previously presented an error message that you needed to enable cookies to access.
