This Project will entail three critical parts: ITSM, PPM and Process Optimization.Scope it to have the system set up with like for like functionality with improved process enhancements by November of 2020 for ITSM. PPM will deliver the ability to track project work and create a viewable portfolio. The process optimization work will identify opportunities for MSU Denver to improve and grow our ITSM and PPM practices.
