How do I access Qualtrics technical support?

Overview

Qualtrics Research Suite is a web-based survey and analytics research tool. Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to a campus-wide license which allows everyone to build and administer surveys. Qualtrics offers a variety of ways to distribute surveys via web and email. Data can be collected anonymously or collected by targeted audience which can reported on or downloaded for additional analysis. There are templates for quizzes, research projects, and customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualtrics offers a support library of How-to articles, as well as chat and phone support to answer your questions on survey development. This support is available to all MSU Denver users by following the instructions below.

Before you begin...

You must have logged into Qualtrics with your NetID and password at least once before to have your account created. If you are not able to log in, contact the ITS Service desk for assistance with your login.

Instructions

1. Sign in to Qualtrics from the Faculty and Staff Hub or by going directly to https://msudenver.yul1.qualtrics.comUse your MSU Denver NetID (not your full email) and password to sign in.

2. Once signed in, click on Help, in the upper right corner of the window.

3. On the Qualtrics Support pop-up window, click on Support Site to access the library of support articles, or click on Contact Support to reach Qualtrics chat or phone support.

4. If "Contact Support" is selected, you will need to choose the option to "Sign in with SSO" on the next screen.

5. Enter msudenver in the "Organization ID" field. Click Continue.

Result

​​​You will now be able to choose from support categories and choose chat (if available), email or phone support.
