What is it?
Qualtrics Research Suite is a web-based survey and analytics research tool. Use this request form if you need to have a survey transferred from a former employee to your Qualtfics accounts, if that employee is no longer with the university.
Who can use it?
Supervisors or team managers of the former employee's team can make this request.
Requirements
Please be as specific as possible in your description:
- The former employee's username
- The name or link of the survey to be transferred
- The username of the account to which to transfer the survey
What to expect
An ITS will reach out with any further questions and notify you when the survey transfer is complete.
