Overview
The 'MSUDenver' wireless network is the preferred wireless connection for MSU Denver students, faculty, and staff on the Auraria Campus. ITS suggests using this network whenever possible for a faster, more secure experience.
Before you begin...
- These instructions may be different depending on your device's version of macOS. Not all menu options will be the same, but most will be similar.
- You must have an active account with MSU Denver and your password must not be expired.

Instructions

Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top menu bar. Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on.

Select the MSUDenver wireless network.

In the Username field, enter either your MSU Denver NetID or full email address. Enter your MSU Denver NetID password for the Password. Then click Join.

You will be prompted to accept a security certificate. As long as it is coming from a "winad.msudenver.edu" address, you can click Continue.

If prompted, click Cancel on the Certificate Trust Settings window. You may need to do this a couple times.
Result
You are now connected to the MSUDenver wireless network.
