What browser and OS combinations are supported in the Client Portal?

Overview

There are older browser and OS combinations where the Client Portal is not supported. Please follow the article link below to review recommended and supported web browsers. 

Supported OS and Browsers

For PC:

Google Chome¹ - recommended
Firefox¹ - recommended
Microsoft Edge¹ - recommended

¹ The latest version of the browser is supported 

For Mac:

Safari¹ - recommended
Firefox¹ - supported
Google Chrome¹ - supported

¹ The latest version of the browser is supported.  macOS 10.14 (Mojave) devices are no longer supported. 

For Android Tablets / Phones

Google Chrome¹ - recommended
Android Stock Browser² - partially supported

¹ The latest version of the browser is supported.  macOS 10.14 (Mojave) devices are no longer supported. 
2 - We have noticed that pop-up pages sometimes run off of screens in the stock browser, making it difficult to close or access actions along the top of the pop-up page. This is why we recommend the Chrome Browser.

For iPhones / iPads

Google Chrome¹ - supported

¹ The latest version of the browser is supported.  iOS/iPadOS 12 devices are no longer supported.
