What is it?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a digital marketing platform that allows businesses to build campaigns to interact with customers through a variety of digital channels. The tool allows you to send emails, texts, and social media messages to engage with audiences defined within the platform. The tool will also allow you to analyze data (e.g., open rates and click-throughs) for email campaigns. Requirements

MSU Denver departments that are interested is using the platform are encouraged to utilize the free online Salesforce training resources called “Trailheads” before requesting a pilot account in the general-use business unit: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/mrkt_cloud_basics
