What is it?
IT Service and provide static (non-changing) IP address for networked devices such as printers, PCs, etc. This service can also be used to request aliases for a network device.
Who can request this?
Current employees (staff & faculty) and request this service.
Requirements
In your request, please be prepared to share the name of the device that needs a static IP and the jack it will be connected to (if needed).
What to expect
