TeamDynamix Administration Requests

What is it?

Staff  who utilize TeamDynamix (TDX) as technician or project members can use this form to request permission updates within TDX (groups, security roles, etc.) or to make requests or suggestions on processes within TDX. These processes include:

  • Technician permissions updates
  • Service/Incident Management
  • Major Incident Management
  • Project Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Asset Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Catalog Management
  • SLAs/Reporting
  • User licensing
  • Root application administration
Who can request this?

Any employee who works on a team that uses Team Dynamix for Service or Project Management my submit this ticket. 


Please provide a detailed description of your request or feedback.  For technician permission requests in TDNext, include any group names or roles that you know you want added/removed. 

What to expect

Your ticket will be assigned to the appropriate TDX process owner depending on your request.
