What is it?
Digital signs are a permanent fixture used to display a wide variety of media in public locations. Digital signs are used by MSU Denver departments to display relevant department information such as class openings, academic advisor schedules, promotional and informative videos, updates and much more. Digital signs consist of a digital display connected to a local, network-accessible machine. Department administrators can edit their content to tailor the user experience to suit their department's unique needs.
Who can request this?
Digital signs may be requested by individual departments as needed. Request must come from department chair and/or office coordinator.

Requirements for digital sign installation will vary depending on department.
What to expect
After a request is submitted to MSU Denver ITS, we will coordinate the purchase of the needed equipment and installation with IT Asset Management and AHEC Facilities. Departments are expected to cover the costs of equipment and installation. ITS offers an initial training that covers the use of the FourWinds Content Manager web application. All content is managed and maintained by the requesting department.
