Do you need assistance or have questions about our media solution platform Yuja?

This includes installing and troubleshooting Yuja Software Caption software, issues with sharing Videos, finding Videos, Video permissions, previously digitized Videos, and much much more.

Who can request this?

All Current Students, Faculty and Staff at MSU Denver.

Faculty that need media digitized for distribution on YuJa: Please use our service, Multimedia Digitization Request


Be able to log in to your MSU Denver Account or Email and please describe the specific videos or tool functions that pertain to your request. 

What to expect
