What is it?

Used to report any problems with technology in classrooms, including the audio/visual system, instructor/student computers, and the connections between the two.

If you are unable to complete the request form on this page, please call 303-605-7000. Our Service Desk will contact the correct team to respond to your request.

Who can request this?

Current staff, faculty, and students can report an issue.

Requirements

In your request, please provide the building, room number and the particular issue that you are having in the room.

What to expect

If the request is urgent, please select "I need assistance in this room now and you can interrupt class." on the request form under "Support Urgency".

If the request is not urgent, you can select "I do not need assistance now and it can be looked at later." on the form and our support teams will take a look when no class is present in the room.
