This service request form is intended to get connected with Learning Spaces team to provide recommendation on technology upgrade in classroom, lab or conference rooms. Technology upgrade is gear towards improving teaching experience for faculty and student alike.

Faculty and Staff can request this service.

Requirements

Person requesting need to be a faculty and Staff. Department head/chair's approval will be required.

What to expect

Once request is submitted, you will get contacted within 24 hours to gather initial information, basic requirement and needs of technology upgrade.
