Service Overview

Use this service to receive support administering your sponsored project from our SPAC team.  We can answer your questions or help you resolve issues related to accounting and compliance of your grant/sponsored project.

 

Who is this service for?

Any staff or faculty administering a sponsored project may request this support service.
 

Who is SPAC?

The Sponsored Project Accounting and Compliance (SPAC) team provides support to the University in administering sponsored projects.  Sponsored projects can be research, instruction or public service involving funding from an outside source under a legal arrangement. 
 

SPAC assists the Principal Investigators with the oversight of the finance and regulatory administration of grants and contracts.  We interpret policies of private and government funding agencies to ensure that expenditures adhere to regulations and guidelines. We implement MSU Denver procedures related to grants and contracts post-award management.

What to expect with your request

Once your request is submitted, please allow up to 2 business days for an initial update on your request via an update email. Depending on the complexity of your request, we may email you questions for more information and reach out to schedule a meeting with you to collaborate together.

Please note: If you elect to initiate your support request to us by emailing grants@msudenver.edu, our team may convert that into a support ticket in this portal to track progress and notify you with updates.
