MSU Denver uses multiple distribution list services to facilitate communication throughout the campus, the main service being Office 365. Certain lists, such as all-students and all-faculty, are automatically created and updated based on information in the Banner database. This article provides details on these distribution lists.
The University has three (3) categories of email lists available for sending official, relevant, University-related announcements. Please note that, because email is the University's official means of communication, membership on certain email lists is mandatory. Since members cannot "unsubscribe" from these lists, access and permission to use them are restricted to University administrative offices.
- Global email list (mandatory): all-students
- Centrally-managed student email lists (mandatory): all-student-employees; all-students-registered
- University discussion lists (optional)
