Office 365 Distribution Group Request

What is it?

Office 365 Distribution Groups are an email distribution service designed to deliver email quickly and efficiently to large numbers of recipients.   They are managed through the Outlook Web App, accessed at email.msudenver.edu.

Who can request this?

Any current user can create and manage their own Office 365 Distribution Group. For requests involving existing or new O365 distribution groups:

  • Owners of their own groups may request assistance with those groups
  • Inquiries about creating or using a new Office 365 Distribution Group

Non-group owners can still submit a ticket here regarding changes to a group, but any changes will need to be approved by the group owner.
