Description of Error

When a user logs into Self-service Banner (also known as the Main Menu or the Student Hub) they receive a message stating:  com.ellucian.sso.exception.ApplicationException: UDC Id not available

Obtain your Banner PIN and login using the Self-Service direct login page

  1. Visit the MyFirstLogin initial lookup page.
  2. Select option 1 or depending on your University affiliation.
  3. Enter your Student ID Number (900#) and your Birthdate in the format mmddyy.
  4. Select Yes, I have read it and agree.
  5. You will be taken to a page with your login information. Find and record the number next to Your Current My Services/Registration PIN:
  6. Click the link near the bottom that says Go directly to Self Service Main Menu.
  7. Login using your Student ID Number (900#) and the PIN you retrieved from the previous page.

  • If you ever forget your Banner PIN there is no need to call us or submit a ticket. Simply follow the process above to retrieve your current PIN.
