What is it?
Use this service if you have questions or need to report an issue with your Polycom Desk phone on campus or your Skype for Business App on your computer. ITS can help you get signed into either service or troubleshoot technical issues.
Who can request this?
Any employee with a phone extension using a desk phone or the Skype for Business app may request this service.
Requirements
For Desk phones:
- Please be prepared to share any questions or errors you are experiencing with your desk phone.
- Please share with us your phone's location and its wall network jack, if possible
For Skype for Business app
- Please be prepared to share any questions or errors you are experiencing with your desk phone.
- Please have your computer's asset tag ready
If you're phone device is not working, please provide another call back number to reach you, if possible.

ITS will review your ticket and reach out with potential solutions or to coordinate a time to troubleshoot together.
