Departmental Phone Requests

What is it?

ITS can build a main line phone number for a department and can add or remove employees that are able to answer that number from their individual desk phones.  Departments can also request a conference phone for their campus office space.   Use this form to make any of these requests for your department:

  • Acquire and conference room phone
  • A new Main Line number for your department
  • Voicemail setting assistance with your main line number (e.g. changes to email message settings)
  • Add/remove employees that can answer your Main Line number from their phones
  • Add/remove desk phones to a department based on staffing changes
  • Other departmental phone line needs
Who can request this?

An office manager or manager of a department can place this request. 

Requirements

Depending on which service you request, please be have the Main Line number ready, your office location, and the names and email address of any employees affected.
