What is it?

If you are experiencing an error or have technical questions about your personal MSU Denver email account or calendar, or with an MSU Denver email distribution service, please request assistance here.

Common reasons to request assistance here:

- Difficulties syncing your MSU Denver email on a desktop app or on a mobile device
- Email send/receive errors
- Errors or obstacles working with shared calendars
- Errors within shared mailboxes or email distribution groups
- Any other question/error you may have!

Who can request this?

MSU Denver students, staff and faculty may request this service. 

Requirements

In your description, please include:
- A summary of the error or question you have
- What type of device (laptop, phone) and operating system (PC, Mac, Android, iOS) you are using
- What email client you are using or trying to use. (Outlook app version or Outlook Web App (browser))

What to expect

An ITS technician will respond to your ticket during business hours with any further questions and a strategy to troubleshoot and seek resolution to your needs.
