In person support is available at the Jordan Student Success Building (JSSB 130A) at the IT Services walk up desk during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-4:45pm
Friday: 9:30am-4:45pm.
If you are unable to complete any of these options, please select "None" and provide as much information as possible.
We understand that some login issues may prevent access to a working phone or authentication device and you may be unable to call from another phone. In these cases, please enter the personal email address you used when applying to MSU Denver and/or the email address(es) you set up for password recoevery.
For account security, we can only communicate with the personal email address(es) that we can verify we have on file for you
