ITS provides assistance to students and employees who need help setting up their accounts for first use, or resolving a login problem to an MSU Denver computer or web service.

Please note: Requests submitted here are only reviewed during Monday – Friday on-campus business hours, so calling is strongly recommended.

After receiving your request, we will still need to verify your identity to confirm you are the account holder.


We will never ask for your password, and we will never send password resets by email or other digital channels. We also cannot assist with MFA changes unless we can verify we are speaking directly with the MSU Denver account owner.

We understand that some login issues may prevent access to a working phone or authentication device and you may be unable to call from another phone.
