Overview
This article goes over the steps of using a MSU Denver issued FOB as an authentication method for Multi-Factor Authentication.
Before you begin...
You will need to be issued a FOB from MSU Denver ITS. If you need a FOB, please submit a service request.
Instructions
1. Log in to an MSU Denver web service (Canvas, Email, Banner, etc.).
2. Enter your MSU Denver credentials (email and password).
3. Select "Sign in another way" during the authentication process.
4.Select "Use a verification code"
5. Press the power button on the FOB to get the code.
6. Put the code into the login window and select Verify.
Result
You have now passed the MFA Authentication using the FOB.
