How do I request access to Dragon Naturally Speaking?

  • For MSU Denver issued Windows computers, Dragon Naturally Speaking is available to users in the departments mentioned above in their respective computer labs. If you do not see the software, please submit a Software Request for University Devices.
  • For MSU Denver issued Mac computers, Dragon Naturally Speaking is not available.
  • If you require Dragon Naturally Speaking to be installed in a department lab, please submit a Software Request for University Devices so that we can schedule a deployment.
  • If you require Dragon Naturally Speaking to be installed on a personal computer, Dragon is NOT available. There are other solutions from the Access Center available at their Technology Corner.

How do I access Dragon Naturally Speaking?

Once you have installed Dragon Naturally Speaking from one of the methods above, you can launch the application from your Start menu (Windows) or Launchpad (Mac), the application will connect to your license server and you will be able to use it.

If you require assistance using the application, please contact your instructor, department tutor, or supervisor for help.

If you experience trouble installing the application, you receive license errors, or you feel it is not running correctly, please submit a Software Issues & Errors request.
