What is it?
Use this service to request an enhancement or change to a component of Self Service Banner (SSB) or to Banner modules/forms within Internet Native Banner (INB).
If you are experiencing a service interruption or unexpected error message within the Banner environment, please use our Report an Issue service to place that incident ticket or call our service desk at 303-352-7548.
At MSU Denver, Banner is used to maintain student, financial, and personnel data using the following modules:
- Student
- Human Resources
- Financial Aid
- Finance
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable
- General
These modules are designed to support certain aspects of institutional management. Banner allows users to enter data in multiple areas using standard codes while enabling them to access shared data that they need throughout the database.
Who can request this?
Facutly and staff with working knowledge of Banner may submit an enhancement request.
Requirements
Please be as detailed as possible in describing your enhancement request to a Banner module or form and please include which module(s) your request pertains. You may submit attachments if helpful.
What to expect
This request will be reviewed by our Application Development team who can assess feasibility and timing with the requestor and module owner(s). Depending on the nature and scope of your request, it may be converted into a project.
