Student Lab Printing (PaperCut)

What is it?

This service form is intended for students experiencing issues with their printing account balance. If you are having trouble printing or otherwise require immediate support, please contact the ITS Service Desk 24/7 at 303-352-7548. 

If your account has been incorrectly charged due to a failed print job or other technical issue, please click on Request Service and complete the request form. Please include a brief description of the failed print job with any of the following details: approximate time of day, printer location, size of print job, amount charged, etc.

If your $25.00 account balance has not renewed and it is after the quota allocation date, please click on Request Service and complete the request form. Quota allocations run at the beginning of each full-term semester:

Spring - 1/17

Summer - 5/31

Fall - 8/19

Account balances are not renewed for accelerated semesters (Maymester and Winterim). 

Who can request this?

Current students can utilize this support service. 

If you are faculty or staff and would like to add your department's lab or classroom printers to PaperCut, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 303-352-7548. 

Requirements

You must be registered for the current term. 

What to expect

Your account will be credited within 24-48 hours. If further information is required, we will contact you at the email address and/or phone number you provide.
