Overview
You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
Before you begin...
Make sure you are signed in to the Client Portal in the upper right-hand corner of your window.
Instructions
- Click Home in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the "Quick Links" section, click My Tickets.
Alternatively, you can click Services on the top navigation menu, then click Ticket Requests to reach the same space. (See image below.)
- You can use the filters provided to view your requests by ticket status, creation date, status class, ticket ID, and more.
- To search for tickets that you are a Contact on but not the primary Requestor, check the "include requests that I am listed as a contact on."
Result
On this page, you can view all of your ticket requests.You can also click on your requests below the search fields to see more details about them and interact with each ticket.
