How do I view my Tickets in the Client Portal?

Overview

You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

Before you begin...

Make sure you are signed in to the Client Portal.

Instructions

  1. Click Home in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the "Quick Links" section, click My Tickets.

Result

On this page, you can view all of your ticket requests. You can use the filters provided to view your requests by service, creation date, status class, and more. You can also click your requests to see more details about them.
