How do I withdraw or cancel a Ticket in the Client Portal?


If you were able to resolve your issue or request on your own, your business needs have changed, or for any other reason no longer need work done on an open ticket, you can withdraw the request through the Client Portal to notify the technicians on that ticket.

Before you begin...

Make sure you are signed in to the Client Portal.


  1. Click Home in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the "Quick Links" section, click My Tickets.
  3. Click the name of the ticket you would like to withdraw.
  4. At the top of the next page, click Withdraw Request.
  5. Select a reason for withdrawing the request, and add any comments you would like to include.
  6. Click Withdraw.


Your request will be withdrawn and the ticket will be closed.
