How do I submit a Ticket in the Client Portal?

Overview

There are multiple ways to submit a ticket in the Client Portal. Whether you are requesting a service or reporting a problem, please use the form most relevant to your request; this will automatically assign your ticket to the relevant team and make it much easier to respond to and resolve your request in a timely manner.

Before you begin...

Make sure you are signed in to the Client Portal.

Instructions

From the Front Page

  1. In the "Quick Links" section, click Report an Issue.
  2. Check the list of common incident-reporting forms given on the next page.
    • If one of these forms matches your issue, click that form, then follow the instructions in the "From a Service Page" section below.
    • Otherwise, click Report an Issue on the right.
  3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Note required fields have an asterisk (*) next to them.
  4. Click Request at the bottom of the form.

From a Service Page

  1. Navigate to the page of a service you are interested in requesting (click Request a Service on the front page, or see Searching the Service Catalog).
  2. Click the button labelled Request Service or similar on the right side of the page. (If the service cannot be requested, there will be no button available.)
  3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Note required fields have an asterisk (*) next to them.
  4. Click Request at the bottom of the form.

Result

You will be able to view the status of your request immediately once it has been submitted. Please see the "Related Articles" section for more information.

You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
Tickets can be withdrawn through the Client Portal if you no longer need work done on an open ticket.
