- Request this service for both Workday Financial OfficeConnect Access and Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect: If you are a new user that was not part of the initial workday OfficeConnect go-live, you will need to put in a separate ITS Helpdesk ticket to be assigned to Security Group: “OfficeConnect access group”
- At this time Office Connect will only work on PC platforms.
