What is it?

The Virtual Lab is an online environment that allows MSU Denver students to use specific software packages for free in a virtual environment from a personal computer. 

This service form is intended for people that need assistance connecting to campus resources via the Remote Access Tool. Please note that the fastest support route is to call our ITS Service Desk 24/7 at 303-352-7548  during M-F business hours.

Who can request this?

Any currently-enrolled MSU Denver student can access the Citrix Virtual Lab Environment.  Students or instructors may request assistance with this service.

Requirements

Any currently-enrolled MSU Denver student can access the Virtual Lab Environment using a computer that is physically connected to MSU Denver's network or via devices connected to the 'MSUDenver' secure wireless network. The Virtual Lab can also be accessed remotely by using our remote access service, GlobalProtect.

What to expect

Requests submitted through this service request form will be responded to during weekday business hours.  In most cases, we can provide the best support via phone call and seeing your computer via a remote session.
